Pedagogical Conditions of Forming the Readiness of the Future Teacher of Professional Training for Innovative Activity in Agricultural Production
The article discloses the essence of the concept «condition» and describes the meaning of the concept of «pedagogical conditions». Based on the generalization of the existing scientific approaches the own understanding of pedagogical conditions of forming the readiness of the future teacher of professional training for innovative activity in agricultural production is given. The basic pedagogical conditions of formation of the readiness of future teachers of professional training for innovative activity in agricultural production are defined and substantiated: the development of motivation of the future teacher of professional training for innovations in branches of agricultural production; constant modernization of the content of disciplines of the cycle of professional training of future teachers of vocational training by innovative processes in the fields of agricultural production; acquisition by future teachers of professional training of experience of innovative activity in agricultural production during technological practice; creation of an appropriate educational and development environment, based on the integration of innovations in the fields of education and agricultural production.
