Path of Science: International Electronic Scientific Journal

The article uses the methodology of comprehensive system analysis and current Ukrainian legislation, and in the context of Ukraine's European integration, to study the correlation between administrative and information legal regulation of relations in the information society. General scientific and private scientific methods of scientific knowledge form the methodological basis of the study. The article examines various aspects of legal regulation of information, political, socio-economic and spiritual social relations which are developing in the information society from the perspective of administrative and information law. Administrative law as a branch determines the foundations of public administration in various areas of the information society, and information law, in addition, regulates social relations in the information sphere of the information society. The ratio of administrative law and information law regulation of connections in the information society is determined by the subject matter of these branches of law and the interrelations arising in the information sphere of the information society.
